Cities changing their names

So what do map people do when a city changes its name? Update the map.

How about booking agents? Well, they update their references, too, but the prudent ones keep the old names on hand. It's not so easy to update people's minds, they'll still ask about certain destinations by their old names.

And, why, oh why, would a city change it's name?
